Chameleon

Chameleons possess the ability to move both eyes independently, and have a uniquely long tongue to catch their food with. Also unlike most other animals in nature, the chameleon can change the color of its skin to avoid predators.

Also called peafowl, the peacock has a very unique body shape with beautiful feathers. In this case it is all white because it is an albino peacock.

Emperor Penguin

It is the overall largest species of penguin, and lives in Antarctica. The Emperor Penguin bears the classic black and white coloring of traditional penguins with a small golden region around their neck area. They do not fly in the air, though they are very graceful in the water.

Koala

This cute little guy is found in Australia and primarily eats eucalyptus. Its closest relative is the wombat, which live nearby. An interesting fact about koalas is that they are one of the rare few animals that have fingerprints; in fact they are very similar to our own finger prints.

Scarlet Macaw

This extremely beautiful bird is found mainly in humid forests. They have been poached for sale which has put a damper on their numbers in the wild. The Macaw has been known to live up to 75 years old.

Whale Shark

This big guy is actually the worlds largest fish, not a shark at all. The longest known whale shark is over 40 feet long weighing in at around 47,000 pounds. They are so beautiful, and they eat only microscopic plants and animals so some divers actually swim with them.

Ocean Friends

Clown fish are really cool little animals. These are one of the few fish that can live with sea anemones, in return the anemone gets protection from the small organisms the clown fish eats.
